How to Include Tri-State in Your Will
Adding Tri‑State Bird Rescue & Research to your will is simple. You can designate a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or the remainder after other gifts are distributed.
Below is sample language you can share with your attorney:
“I give the sum of $______ to Tri‑State Bird Rescue & Research, a nonprofit organization located at 170 Possum Hollow Road, Newark, DE 19711, Tax ID: 51‑0253002, to be used for its general purposes.”
For a specific amount:
“I give ______% of my estate to Tri‑State Bird Rescue & Research, a nonprofit organization located at 170 Possum Hollow Road, Newark, DE 19711, Tax ID: 51‑0253002, to be used for its general purposes.”
For a percentage of your estate:
“I give all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate to Tri‑State Bird Rescue & Research, a nonprofit organization located at 170 Possum Hollow Road, Newark, DE 19711, Tax ID: 51‑0253002, to be used for its general purposes.”
