Help! I Found a Baby Bird!

If you find a baby bird, please make sure it truly needs help before you bring it to Tri-State for care.

Unless a baby bird is injured, please leave it with its parents so it can grow up in the wild. If you can't reunite the youngster with its parents, or if the bird is cold, injured, or inactive, please contact Tri-State or a local wildlife rehabilitator immediately.

Young birds need expert care and specialized diets that only experienced wildlife rehabilitators know how to provide.
