Tri-State Launches “Spreading Our Wings” Campaign
On April 27th, at its annual Open House, Tri-State announced the public launch of a $5.5M capital campaign to construct a new building, the Wildlife Response Annex, and enhance its endowment.
For over 30 years, Tri-State has been giving injured, orphaned and oiled wild birds a second chance to thrive in the wild. Tri-State has expanded and adapted its facilities over time, in order to provide the best possible care to the wildlife brought to them. This next phase of growth is critical to ensuring that Tri-State will be able to continue to meet the ongoing demand for its services and expertise. Click here to learn more.

2008 Baby Bird Season
Spring is here, and Tri-State has begun receiveing the many baby birds that will be brought in to our clinic over the next few months.
Caring for baby birds is time-consuming but rewarding - the very young need to be fed every 20 minutes for 14 hours a day! As with all the birds we receive, we work hard to give them the care they need and return them to their natural habitat as quickly as possible. We are always in need of dedicated volunteers and offer information sessions each month for those who are interested.
